This policy applies to paid AuPairsy plans and digital services.
1. Before payment
Before you pay, AuPairsy will show:
- service description;
- total price including taxes where applicable;
- billing period;
- renewal terms;
- cancellation method;
- withdrawal / refund information;
- payment button indicating that the order creates an obligation to pay.
2. Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel in your account settings or by contacting support@aupairsy.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless this policy or mandatory law requires it.
3. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, trial terms will be shown before activation.
If payment details are required and the trial converts to a paid subscription, AuPairsy will disclose the conversion date and price before you start the trial.
4. EU / EEA consumer withdrawal right
If you are an EU/EEA consumer buying a paid digital service online, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
You can withdraw by using:
- the online withdrawal function;
- the Model Withdrawal Form;
- email to
support@aupairsy.com; - any clear statement that you withdraw from the contract.
5. Immediate digital access
If you request immediate access before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, AuPairsy may ask for your separate express consent and acknowledgement that:
- performance starts immediately; and
- where applicable law permits, you may lose the right of withdrawal after the service is fully performed or may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided.
AuPairsy will not rely on loss of withdrawal rights unless the legal conditions are met.
6. Refunds
Refunds are provided where required by law or expressly stated by AuPairsy.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:
- fees for periods already started are not refundable;
- unused time in a subscription period is not refunded after cancellation;
- promotional, discounted, or trial terms follow their disclosed conditions;
- refunds are made to the original payment method.
7. Failed payments
If payment fails, AuPairsy may retry the payment, notify you, restrict paid features, or terminate the paid plan.
8. Withdrawal function
AuPairsy provides or will provide a “Withdraw from contract” function for eligible consumer contracts concluded through the online interface.
The function will allow you to submit:
- your name;
- account email;
- contract/order/subscription identifier;
- the contract or service from which you withdraw;
- email address for confirmation.
AuPairsy will send confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, usually by email.
9. No EU ODR platform
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. AuPairsy does not link to it.
