Nature of the service
AuPairsy provides an online matching and communication service for au pair candidates, host families, and, where permitted, professional agencies or other professional users.
AuPairsy is not automatically a party to any agreement between an au pair candidate and a host family. AuPairsy does not provide immigration, employment, tax, insurance, childcare, psychological, medical, or legal advice.
Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific country or programme, AuPairsy is not:
- a visa sponsor
- a licensed recruitment agency
- an employment agency
- an au pair agency recognised by a public authority
- a childcare provider
- an insurer
- a travel agent
- a background-check provider
Complaints and consumer disputes
Users may submit complaints to support@aupairsy.com.
For EU consumers, this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or any right to contact the competent consumer authority.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. AuPairsy therefore does not link to that platform.
