These Guidelines explain the behaviour expected from everyone using AuPairsy.
1. Be honest
Use your real identity. Describe your situation, availability, expectations, experience, and legal status accurately.
2. Be lawful
Do not use AuPairsy for arrangements that violate immigration, work, tax, insurance, housing, childcare, or consumer laws.
3. Be safe
Keep communication on AuPairsy until trust is established. Do not rush travel, payment, visa steps, or document sharing.
4. Respect boundaries
No harassment, pressure, sexual comments, threats, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, or manipulation.
5. Protect children
Do not upload children’s photos, full names, school names, exact routines, or medical details. Do not contact children through AuPairsy.
6. No exploitation
No unpaid illegal work, excessive hours, withheld documents, coercion, unsafe housing, or threats involving immigration status.
7. Use reports responsibly
Report genuine safety, legal, fraud, or policy concerns. Do not use reports to harass, retaliate, or manipulate ranking.
8. Consequences
Violations may lead to warnings, content removal, visibility restrictions, messaging restrictions, suspension, termination, or reports to authorities.
